Okinawa Team wins Friendship Cup again.

#DreamTeamOkinawa celebrated St.Valentine’s day on tatami rings this year. This past Saturday the gymnasium at the School of Mines hosted a great event “Friendship Cup 2015”. The gymnasium was filled with positive emotions, good energy and laughs. The kata and kumite matches were happening on 5 rings at the same time. 33 athletes from our Dojo demonstrated outstanding performances and team spirit, fighting and performing with all their hearts and passion. Friends and families who came to cheer and support our athletes were super loud and excited. For seven of our young athletes this tournament was a debut of their karate competition journey. Shout out to our debutants:

Everyone on the team did an amazing job and contributed to winning the grand prize of the tournament – Friendship Cup 2015 for the third time! Congratulations to all and good luck.
