What an incredible weekend! Mountain Region karateka came together to train, grow, and elevate their karate to the next level.
National trainers Sensei Vitaly Padalka @vitalyokinawa and Sensei Alex Padalka @alexokinawa led an intense and inspiring kumite session - everyone brought the energy, worked hard, and pushed each other to new heights.
πΊπΈUSA Team members, Okinawa Doio students Julia @juliaannam and Misha @misha_sagil assisted the session and led by example.
Coach Megan Cicchetti @meganrenee012 crushed an amazing Sports Performance session, and Coach Kamran Madani @coach._kam delivered elite-level kumite and sport psychology training - sharpening both body and mind.
